The Old Stable at Coombelands is a real gem. the owners have gone above and beyond to provide an exceptionally comfortable and charming cottage. the location is excellent, with great views of the sea and countryside walks on the doorstep. the welcome pack of goodies was very thoughtful, combining essentials with some tasty treats.

Felt at ease, no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding fields. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with a beautiful dressing room and a big waterfall shower. The hosts provide a generous welcome basket filled with delicious treats.

The approach road to the hotel is not in good condition, which can be challenging for some vehicles.

The house was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and a bottle of champagne was left for us. The kitchen was fully equipped and the WIFI worked perfectly. Breakfast was enjoyed in a spacious glassed terrace with stunning views. A Tesco was conveniently located just 8 minutes away.

The location of the cottage was perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway, with beautiful sea views and fields all around. the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. - the cottage itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and had a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

The approach road to the cottage was quite bumpy and required careful driving. There was no direct path from the main house to the cottage, which meant walking on the garden that could get wet.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at The Old Stable. Coombelands Villa. Caroline and Paul made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our Valentine's weekend was special. The cottage was beautifully furnished and equipped, with amazing views of the countryside and sea. The welcome hamper was generous, including a bottle of prosecco and homemade treats. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our Easter getaway special. the welcome basket and extra gifts throughout our stay were a delightful surprise. the house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for cooking and toiletries in the bathroom. We appreciated the helpful tips on local buses, which made it easy to explore Brighton and Saltdean. the peaceful and beautiful surroundings provided a perfect backdrop for relaxing walks and wildlife sightings. We also loved the cozy bed, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The approach road to the property could use some improvement, although manageable with a larger vehicle like an SUV. One downside was the bedroom being exceptionally cold on the first night due to the heating not being turned on.

The hosts at this cozy holiday home went above and beyond to make our New Year celebration unforgettable. The festive decorations and thoughtful surprises, like a bottle of champagne and a welcome food basket, made us feel so special. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious glassed terrace with stunning views were definite highlights. Plus, the convenient location with a nearby Tesco made our stay even more enjoyable.

While the approach road was a bit rough, it wasn't a major issue for us since we were driving an SUV. Additionally, the bedroom was a bit chilly on our first night, but the heating was turned on and it quickly became cozy for the rest of our stay.
